4-DAY SAFARI AT NYERERE NATIONAL PARK

DAY 1: Arrival and Boat Safari
On the first day, you will meet your driver at your accommodation, the airport, ferry terminal, or any other designated location. The journey to Nyerere National Park will take approximately four hours. You are expected to arrive around lunchtime. After enjoying a meal, you can relax at the camp until around 4:00 PM. At that time, you will embark on a boat safari along the Rufiji River. This excursion provides an excellent opportunity to observe crocodiles, hippopotamuses, and various other wildlife as they come to drink water until sunset. After this exciting adventure, you will return to camp for dinner and overnight accommodations.

DAY 2/3: Full Day Game Drives
The next two days will be dedicated to exploring Nyerere National Park through game drives. You have the option of either taking morning and afternoon game drives or opting for a full-day game drive experience. During these drives, you will have the chance to see a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitat, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and numerous bird species. The park is known for its rich biodiversity and stunning landscapes.

DAY 4: Walking Safari and Departure
On your final day, you will start early with a walking safari led by local bushmen before breakfast. This unique experience allows you to learn about the flora and fauna of the region from knowledgeable guides who share insights into traditional hunting techniques and survival skills. After this enriching experience, you will return to camp for breakfast before beginning your journey back to Dar es Salaam.
