15 DAYS SAFARI SOUTHERN AND WESTERN TANZANIA<\/strong><\/p>

DAY 1: NYERERE NATIONAL PARK<\/strong>
Meet your safari driver guide and drive to Nyerere National Park, arriving around lunchtime. After lunch, spend the afternoon relaxing at the camp until 4:00 PM, when you will embark on a safari along the Rufiji River until sunset. Enjoy dinner and overnight accommodations at the camp.<\/p>

DAY 2: FULL DAY IN NYERERE NATIONAL PARK<\/strong>
After breakfast, pack a lunch box and prepare for a full day of exploration in Nyerere National Park. You will have lunch in the jungle, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.<\/p>

DAY 3: TRANSFER TO MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK<\/strong>
On this day, enjoy breakfast before driving to Mikumi National Park. The journey takes you through Nyerere National Park and over the scenic Urugulu Mountains. Arrive in Mikumi for dinner and an overnight stay.<\/p>

DAY 4: MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK<\/strong>
After breakfast, set out for a full day of game drives in Mikumi National Park. You will have a hot lunch inside the park before returning for dinner and an overnight stay.<\/p>

DAY 5: TRANSFER TO KISOLANZA FARM<\/strong>
Enjoy breakfast before transferring to Kisolanza Farm. On your way, visit the Ismila Stone Age site, where you can see tall pillars formed by rain erosion that reach about 30 meters high. After your visit, continue your drive to Kisolanza for dinner and an overnight stay.<\/p>

DAY 6: KISOLANZA TO MATEMA BEACH<\/strong>
On this day, you will drive to Matema Beach, located on the shores of Lake Malawi. After your journey, you will enjoy dinner and spend the night at a lodge situated near the beach.<\/p>

DAY 7: FULL DAY AT LAKE MALAWI<\/strong>
This day is dedicated to exploring Lake Malawi. You will embark on a boat ride to one of the islands within the lake, where you will have lunch. After a day of adventure, you will stay overnight on the island.<\/p>

DAY 8: DRIVE TO MBEYA<\/strong>
After breakfast, you will drive to Mbeya town. Upon arrival, you will check in and spend the night in Mbeya.<\/p>

DAY 9: TRANSFER TO KATAVI NATIONAL PARK<\/strong>
Today, you will travel to Katavi National Park. After your drive, you will enjoy dinner and spend the night at accommodations within or near the park.<\/p>

DAY 10: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE<\/strong>
Following breakfast, you will go on a full-day game drive in Katavi National Park. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you will return for dinner and stay overnight at your accommodation.<\/p>

DAY 11: DRIVE TO KIGOMA<\/strong>
On this day, we will transfer to Kigoma town, which will take approximately five hours. After our journey, we will enjoy lunch. Following lunch, you will embark on a city tour where you will have the opportunity to see the Liemba boat. This historic vessel was constructed by the Germans during the colonial period and remains operational to this day.<\/p>

DAY 12: GOMBE NATIONAL PARK<\/strong>
We will take a boat ride to Gombe National Park across Lake Tanganyika, which borders Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo (Brazzaville). Here, you will have the chance to observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be provided.<\/p>

DAY 13: HIKING THEN BACK TO KIGOMA<\/strong>
After an early morning breakfast, we will go hiking in Mahale National Park. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Kigoma town for dinner and overnight accommodations.<\/p>

DAY 14: TAKE FLIGHT TO DAR ES SALAAM<\/strong>
On this day, you will take a flight to Dar es Salaam. After arriving in Dar es Salaam, you will be driven back to your accommodation. You can expect to be in Dar es Salaam by the evening of December 15th.<\/p>
